Call Community Asset Management (CAM) Office (281) 852-1155, M-F, 8:30am - 5:30pm.  The deposit is $350.00 with a $100.00 rental fee.  Notice of two weeks is required.  Dues must be current.  Homeowners must be present throughout the entire event.  If you plan to use the pool after hours, please contact Texas Aquatics and Pool Services, LLC to secure lifeguards.
