Form to request maintenance on your property.

The Deed Restrictions of Atascocita Trails states you must get approval from the Architectural Control committee before performing external maintenance to your property.

You must complete the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Submission Sheet and submit it to Community Asset Management (CAM). CAM is located at 9802 FM 1960 Bypass W., Ste. 210, Humble Texas 77338. Your form will be submitted to the ACC Committee and reviewed as soon as possible. The committee is required to act on the plans within one month but, the review process rarely takes that long. Please print as many copies of this for that you need.

Form for issuance of Pool Tags.

The request for pool tags requires completion of this form. The Board of Trustees of Atascocita Trails H.O.A. has specified that tags may only be issued to property owners whose maintenance fees are current.

You must complete the Pool Tag request form and bring it to the pool during open registration. Open registration dates are schedule annually. Please read the Atascocita Trails Newsletter or check the Bulletin Board for open registration dates. Signs are also placed at the entrance of the community in May of each year denoting registration dates.

After the open registration dates, Pool Tags will only be distributed at the Community Asset Management (CAM) office at a cost of $5.00 per tag (no exception!). The C.A.M. office is located at 9802 FM 1960 Bypass W., Ste. 210, Humble Texas 77338. If you have questions the phone number to C.A.M. is (281) 852-0896. Form for requesting Clubhouse Rental.

The clubhouse may be rented by any member of the TRAILS H.O.A. provided that they are at lease 21 years old and all maintenance fees due to the association are current. Members renting the clubhouse must be present during the function.

A $350.00 deposit will be required to rent the clubhouse. This deposit will be required at the time of rental and upon the receipt of the clubhouse keys. A$100.00 rental fee is also required. Upon a Board Member viewing the condition of the Clubhouse, the deposit check will be refunded if the clubhouse is in the same condition as when rented. Failure to notify the management company (281-852-1155) of cancellation of rental seven (7) days prior to rental will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Members renting the clubhouse will be responsible to ensure compliance to all laws enacted by the State of Texas and for reasonable conduct expect of all residents and their guests at the clubhouse, to include the surrounding grounds. Members will be responsible to notify the Harris County Constables Department should such not occur. In the event the Constables are notified, the function will be discontinued by the Board of Directors, and all the rental deposits will be forfeited for this function.

Members renting the clubhouse will be responsible and accountable to pay for repairs to any damage caused to the clubhouse or grounds during the event, even if the damage is in excess of the deposit.

THE CLUB HOUSE WILL BE OPENED BY A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

All functions must vacate the clubhouse property no later than 12:00 a.m. (midnight). ANY FUNCTION EXCEEDING THE MIDNIGHT DEADLINE WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT.

Residents are allowed to rent the clubhouse during pool hours. DURING POOL HOURS, Residents MUST secure the guards by contacting the Pool Management Company directly. The pool company will send a conformation that the resident renting the clubhouse has secured the life guards. This information must be distributed to all Board members and to Community Asset Management by the Pool Management Company.

THE TRAILS H.O.A. Board of Directors may amend these rules governing the rental and use of the clubhouse as they deem appropriate. Members renting the clubhouse will be provided with a copy of these rules at the time of rental.

Petition to Reduce the Posted Speed sign in our Neighborhood.

The Harris County Commissioners Court has agreed to reduce the posted speed in our community to 20 mph if 54 percent of the homeowner in the Trails agree to the change. We the homeowners must show that we agree by signing a petition requesting this change. Please print as many copies of this Petition to Reduce the Posted Speed sign to 20 mph that you need and collect signatures from your neighbors. Please return the petition to the Community Asset Management office, 9802 FM 1960 Bypass W., Ste. 210. After getting 54 percent of the homeowners signatures the Harris County Commissioner Court will approve and post new signs on the streets affected by this petition at 20 mph in this subdivision as permitted by section 545.355 of the Texas Transportation Code.
